As it seems there is not one good discussion thread here, so i might aswell try.
Do you have a clean or messy room?
Why is better to keep it straight? Messy?
What are the advantages of each?

Messy.
Having a clean room when you're a teen is unnatural and creepy. +1 rep for the thread!
hiya cript (missing ya too)
ok as in the discussion ........clean or messy
my room is messy, because A) im never in there long enough to do anything worth wild
B) i can find everything
C) i dont have someone to complain about it...(hahahaha)
D) because i can
E) a nice clean house is fun, but im not in the fun mood
F) clean room would just be something i do later
Yea i have found it easier to find everything in a messy roomk because everything is right there all over the place.
yeah and if its clean....then whats the point?
the whole messy randomness is hot....lets face it
I have to go with the messy. It's easier to remember a room landmark than it is to remember an exact drawer for things.
I like a clean looking room, but If your a person with an eye for detail you will see a mess. everything is where I want it to be.
i vote for a messy room cause if you leave something you rember where you put it.if a room is clean you have to go hunting for that certain something and you think to your self "where did i put it?" a messy room and a clean room has its own pros and cons
exactly scarlet.that is why messy rocks
Messy... All of my schools are lieing on the floor... My mums like "Put it in a corner." "Not till you clean your room. My dad always goes raj if there's clothes on the floor as well...
copy/paste from my posts in a thread that discussed this:
My room is a mess. An un-made bed, clothes, books, and papers everywhere.
It may be messy, but it's not filthy. No food trash or empty soda cans lying around.
I have an aversion to creepy crawlys so I can't tolerate anything that would attract bugs.
I also never make the bed.
I may straighten the blankets a bit for comfort, but I don't tuck any corners or place the pillows "just so." What is the point of spending 5 minutes making it all smooth and straight if you're just going to mess it up later that day?
my room is a huaaaage mess. i forgot what color my floor is.
I could not live if my room was not messy, I don't get how people manage to have all their clothes and stuff on the floor!
There is one advantage of having a constantly messy room. It outrules all the others.
At least you don't have to worry about it getting to somewhere other than good.
LOL
Messy room, messy mind.
In the immortal words of Cheech and Chong:
Just clean up that *** ****ed room or we are gonna send you to *** ****ed military school with that *** ****ed Finkelstein **** kid! Son of a ****!
I've lived for as long as I can remember in what looks like the aftermath of a nuclear blast, and wouldn't live any other way. Some very good reasons;
1. The floor-drobe is very underrated, it saves effort on two counts. In an efficient world, why put something away just to take it out again..... that just defies logic.
2. If my place was tidied, I wouldn't have to foggiest idea where it was. If something's not easily accessible, hidden in a drawer or the suchlike, I'd just get annoyed and buy a replacement. With the state of my living quarters I can narrow down locations of items to two places; Desk, or floor.
3. I'm an extremely lazy person.
I second that, there's never any scraps left when I've finished, and my glasses (drink glasses) are constantly in use. Besides, I like a mess, I don't like filth.
i'm for organized chaios. my 1/2 of the desk and my 1/2 of the room reflect this. and suprizingly i know where every one esles things are too. everyone that lives with me asks me where their stuff is. all the time.
must come with the tital
Mom-Finder of all lost things
Holy crap, as of this moment it is 20-2 messy, at least im not the only one...
i can't live in a clean room it's just too organised for me i need it messy.
No Third Option?????
An industrial fan and lots of papers.
Good heating required for fan.
That oughtta take good care of all those nicely stacked papers on my desk.
I can find everything in my room, except my cat. It's been missing about a week now. I know it's in here because I can hear it but I have shovelled through mountains of stuff and still can't find it. I guess when it runs out of whatever it's eating it will find it's own way out.
and that other one is mine!!

I want a pet :(..........
But then again my room would never be clean again lol
My kitten kills my bedroom.... All. The. Time.
Lol Im not a cat person (they always seem to go ninja on me I wonder why....) but I would LOVE a little doggy that I could shower with Affection and cuddles and smoochies and........
I mean!! I would Love a big MANLY Dog that I could rough house with and be tough and Grrr!! and umm yeah.......
Anyway.... the mess created by such pets makes my Dad go ill. No little puppy for me :(
That bites.

It depends on whether or not my significant other is going to be visiting that day.
