as for the DNA thing, that sounds like a good idea. and as for what sigil was saying, the police wouldnt just rely on DNA they'd use other means of finding evidence before convicting someone. if there being DNA on the victim is the only evidence against someone, that isn't enough to convict.

and as for the tracking chip, no. i have the right to be where ever i want without someone knowing where i am. although i don't do anything i'd rather keep a secret, i don't want there to be someone knowing where i am at all times.
