Hi all just looking for some advice on the using of Rams in combat. I understand that they need to be used enmass for the attacks to work but do the traps and abatis need to be removed for the attack to be effective?

I dont recommend ram attacks because rams take A LOT to build and keep.

yes and their slow. You could have a few thousand but use archers with them.

the advice is they are NOT worth the time and resources to build. this coming from a very very experienced player. theres more efficient ways to use time/resources without even counting the incredible amount of time rams give for players to reinforce unless your like a few miles away lol
in another note......15-20k on defense is pretty freaking awesome.(but thats still better off using swords and using alot more to make up for the difference, just my opinion though) they are awesome vs scout bombs
