How do you conquer npc's

You have to continually hit the npc with attacks until the loyalty drops to 0. The troops regen 10% every 6 minutes(I think) and the loyalty keeps ticking up so you have to hit the npc very fast; with multiple waves of attacks.

and have a spare city spot. can a mod move this to questions area.
