Default Prestige gain from NPC/Valley Hits

    Hey guys
Okay, so I am after learning the mechanic through which combat prestige is calculated. I know how it is gained through building, techs, troops and forts, but combat is the one that bugs me.
I have been given a few different formulas, but the one that always seems to come up is:
    ((F + L + (2*S) + (2.5*I))/100)/TH
Where F, L, S and I are the amounts of Food, Lumber, Stone and Iron it would cost to rebuild your troop losses, and TH is the combined level of all Town Halls in all of your cities.
I rolled with this formula for a while, but recently I have been testing it on my main server, Server 80, and found it to be inaccurate. I have also seen on the forums a prestige-farming guide at keeping one city and a Lv1 Town Hall and attacking Lv10 NPCs, which gives over 300k prestige, and the report there also does not match this formula. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I would ignore the guide that says attack level 10 npc's from a level 1 townhall. If you try it, you will lose everything.
Why? A level 1 town hall means that you can't build an academy at all so you have no technologies at all from that town.

Wrong. Tried and tested, it works fine. You did slightly skip over the point of my post though.
