Extortion is a situation where a party is demanding some form of payment, compensation, consideration of value in return for not taking specific threatening actions towards the party that the 'extortioner' is trying to benefit from.
In your own example you stated YOU put a chargeback into place, taking YOUR money back. Fine - but their company policy is pretty clear, has been documented and posted many times that they put accounts into a freeze status when payments are chargedback or frozen.
That friend is not extortion - period. If you want to throw accusations at Evony, fine - but at least do so in an educated and factually accurate way. As it stands, YOU didn't understand what you were buying either because you assumed you knew, didn't read and comprehend, or heard some hearsay description from someone else. Was the guy on the phone inappropriate - most likely (if he worked for me and I observed that, he'd be on the street quickly if he didn't change his tune), but since no one else was there all we have are your comments. Seeing you say they are extorting you - inaccurately - doesn't give many of us that have to read your drivvel much room to feel remorse for you.
This thread should be deleted simply for that fact that it is not factually accurate in regards to the claim of extortion.

Few things:
1) There is no extortion involved, you clearly violated tos and as such they took appropriate actions
2) Evony has no parent company, Was never sued by anyone and There practices are far more straightforward than 80% of the other online games i have played
So unless you have court docs etc to prove such claims (which you dont) then dont go slandering a company.
