Default Let it snow Let it snow

Well I live in NJ and this past weekend we got DUMPED on with snow, and now it is snowing again and they say we can get up too 18 Inches out of this one tonight and tomorrow. And our local new network just said they believe about 80% of my state could be without power after this one passes through.

    JUST LOVELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"People once believed, that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens, that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes the crow could bring that soul back to put the wrong things right"

You obviously aren't the one who has to shovel in your family.

I'm dreading wading through that mess tomorrow.

I'm always for ways to get days off of school but I prefer the types of weather that CAN'T knock out my power and freeze me to death.

11am? That's a bit late for any elementary school or HS classes to start, so I assume they are college classes.

    Don't go.
The classes will probably be half full at best if there's snow on the ground. Only go if there's an exam scheduled.

No I will be shoveling, I am on the night shift!!!, lol .. I am normally awake all night and sleep during the day because for the last oh 13 years of so I have work nothing but graveyard shifts. So I will be attempting to say ahead of the snow fall in my driveway this evening.

Here's hoping I am in the 20% of the state that doesn't lose power!!!!

Lucky. I live in Las Vegas; the best we ever get is 3 inches of rain. And you know how often that happens?
