If you want honor fast, build up an incredibly strong Compact Defence, and then put your coordinates in World Chat. Or, realise that honor is actually a hindrance and do everything in your power to avoid gaining it.
If you want prestige fast, build a new city with a Level 1 Town Hall and Level 10 Rally Spot, give away all your other cities (or abandon them) and attack Lv10 NPCs. Or, check out the literally hundreds of prestige guides on these very forums.
