people would go crazy, chaos would ensue, but this would only be temporary. A balance would be found relatively quickly. So it is a yes and no.

just cause humans can live without electricity, doesn't mean they will in this era. way too many people think no electricity is the end of the world. sadly i'd say out of the 6.6 billion people on the planet..... about a billion will survive, and thats just cause they live in africa, india and places like that, where they live without even knowing electricity exists. sigh what has happened to this world
