scenario is your at war with another alliance its a big war, simple?

1)Basically you capture a lvl 10-> reinforce it with 1mil scouts (A decent defense also of 17k ATs 1k abatis 2k traps) plus a good amount of Food. Port it into the homeland of the alliance you're at war with. ONce you're their they r gna start scouting you ,they will not be able to get a scout rpt so probably wont hit you. when you become low on scouts say 500k have your alliance send you some food aswell as scouts to reinforce. the process starts again and you just keep collecting in the coords of the players scouting. You could just search around their homeland for their cities but this documents them for you on your reports and gives you an idea of who has the balls to scout the opponent. go on the guides to learn how to cap 10's if you do not know how .
2) Relief city. if your host has documented where all his players are via evoalliance.com or whether else then chances are he knows where the centre of all his members cities are on the map. Basically he ports a city into the centre if not close to the center of where his mems are. Each of his mems pledges 1 city to their host. They send all the resources produced by that 1 city to the host everyday. say 50mems send 20mil food produced by their lvl 10 to him that is 1bil food sent everyday, 25 mems send iron from their iron cities, 24 sending lumber to that city. (im assuming he/she has 100 mems) . He basically builds troops none stop their or with a high attack hero just makes loads of instant troopies. the reason this could be usefull is that if any1 is getting hit he can use that city to reinforce only. Meaning the rest of the mems do not have the strain of reinforcing. Also this city could be ported into an opponents homeland 2 kick azz..... anyway they are my ideas if you have any constructive critiscism to provide, provide it.

Please explain to me how you managed to capture a lvl10 with 17kAT .

If you're going to waste a teleport (and want full AT), you might as well use one of your ready-made actual cities to do this and if you're going through the trouble of capping a lvl10 and building up wall defenses, you might as well cap one in the enemy territory and save your teleports.

While it's true that people don't like attacking blind, leaving a defenseless city is foolish. At a point when scouting will require over 1.5m scouts, a few archers become small change. They will eventually send a mixed wave/scout bomb/archer clearout wave at you to get a report. If you don't have a solid defense, they will take your city and kill all those scouts. You also want more than 1k abatis and 2k traps, as these will be gone very quickly if someone decides to spam wall defenses.


2, I've been friends with our host for a long time and I'd happily kill off my army helping him or any other member. If he, or anyone else, needs resources to build an army that I can spare, I will share them. I understand that some people aren't into combat so much and want to help out. However, if a host asked this of me, as a member, that would be my cue to leave the alliance. Hell, it should be the other way around, host is the person who is supposed to lead and help his members where he can. This system will also come to a point where the host outranks other members to such an extend that they won't be able to reinforce him anymore.

The fact that he'll be able to reinforce is all nice and well, but he won't be online 24/7. What if the allaince gets attacked and he's not there? Or too far away? Who will reinforce the members then? Alliance where 99 members are working on 1 will inevitably fail.
