    If you really don't agree to these terms, then stop using evony.

    You can try and get them to change the TOS, but you will likely 99% of the time fail in getting them to change the terms they have been using for over a year.

    All I'm saying, is they are inforcing their consequences, whether the person is guilty or not, they don't have to give a reason for the suspensions... But I do wish they would. No matter how much I wish they could change something... they most likely won't.

    No matter how much I wish they would give us reasons for banning and suspending... they wont. It would be nice to at least be told: "You were suspended for account sharing." or something like that. But that won't be happening. If they haven't done so yet, they won't do it in the future (That's because their probably isn't a future).

In fact I have strong feeling that its the same terms fixed with some "white-out." I don't see or hear about this massive of issues from the WoW community. (If Evony granted me a partial refund I would gladly part ways quietly)

    The fact that I have spent a large amount of money on this game (that don't get me wrong, overall I do enjoy the game) that is end-game flawed and given an extremely large quantity of time to progress my account. I am a player, a member, and a customer. I have right's whether anyone here agrees with me or not. And I know lawyers, and will request their services if it really came down to it.

    No matter how exaggerated the terms can be... if you agree to them, then you must follow them or face consequences.
    Not true. All Terms must remain within set bounds of ethic and moral values, and workable for the consumer. It has occurred numerous times in the past that Terms were altered or negated altogether because they were deemed unreasonable in whatever way.

    Banning or suspending paid accounts without prior warning or proof would easily fall under this category.

    I can see being upset... if you spent money. So I can't really understand how you feel since I haven't spent money on this game.

    Look at my signature and It'll show you how much I care about spending money on free games that are full of bugs.

    The following;

    Yet when you run a game with paying customers, the 'correct' process would be a warning, then a suspension.

    Take a look at the World of Warcraft management, tech support and customer service. Oh, but wait, I suppose you know all about WoW, because you've stood knee-deep in the dark side of that game, namely gold selling.

    This game will not last long if it deals with customer issues the way it does. But I am guessing that's also the key ingredient for developing an Age II. A fresh start. A new opportunity to build a playerbase with the same goal as Age I: making as much money as possible, only to create a disgruntled playerbase half a year later as people reach the endgame again.

    Good luck.
    The rule that basically states "No botting, or else" is you first and only warning, and Blizzard perma-bans on the first offense for botting. You don't even get to go complain on the forums using that account, either, as your game account is also your forum account.
    But....the eternal ray of sunshine REALLY wanted to see you, so I helped brighten your day by removing the city from around you! ^.^
