The following;
Yet when you run a game with paying customers, the 'correct' process would be a warning, then a suspension.
Take a look at the World of Warcraft management, tech support and customer service. Oh, but wait, I suppose you know all about WoW, because you've stood knee-deep in the dark side of that game, namely gold selling.
This game will not last long if it deals with customer issues the way it does. But I am guessing that's also the key ingredient for developing an Age II. A fresh start. A new opportunity to build a playerbase with the same goal as Age I: making as much money as possible, only to create a disgruntled playerbase half a year later as people reach the endgame again.
Good luck.
The rule that basically states "No botting, or else" is you first and only warning, and Blizzard perma-bans on the first offense for botting. You don't even get to go complain on the forums using that account, either, as your game account is also your forum account.
But....the eternal ray of sunshine REALLY wanted to see you, so I helped brighten your day by removing the city from around you! ^.^
