    Yes, I think it's only fair that concrete proof be given, then there wouldn't be this debate going on.

    Solid proof is important. Then the player cannot deny what he or she has done.

    But without proof, then it's just mere accusations....

    Talk is cheap. If a player is really guilty, then prove it....
