    This thread has been responded by an Evony Representative with great comments and provided a great deal of excellent information. The thread has been open for over a month, and today it gets closed after just a few additional comments. The precedence set by Evony as of late seems to be quite frightening. I feel the customer/client relations to be drifting so far apart that I feel it is heading towards catastrophe.

    This is what FB had on her last post

    1) Wait a few days for things to calm down so you aren't buried in the mess.
    2) Write a courteous and thoughtful pm or email to a rep.
    3) Be logical, be concise, and use proper spelling/punctuation. It hurts our eyes less.
    4) Paragraphs are nice; wall o' text is not.
    5) Wait patiently for an answer. Do NOT wait 13 minutes and spam us repeatedly saying, "Why didn't you respond?"
    6) Don't threaten us or our company, and don't try to force us to listen to you. My delete button has a hair trigger.



    Now i find part3 a insult for people that aren't English or could be dyslexic

    in summation, their customer service is VERY selective. listing terms like this in a customer service setting would get the average US citizen fired in a heartbeat.

    it is not your fault. If your comments on that thread were the whole reason it was closed, then FoxyBunny has the ability to delete selectively as she has done so on numerous occasions. The reps and admins can delete any thread OR any single post. They do not have to close an entire thread over a single post.

    Foxybunny is turning the world around.

    She basically says: if you don't write the way we want you to, we won't help you.

    Ever figured why people complain in the first place? Because they feel they have been wronged. Not a large fraction of these players is very wrong. Telling us what we have to do after all the wrongs Evony has done to its players and after such a heap of complaints on many different game and account issues is staggering and besides any kind of realism, let alone any knowledge of what customer support should be like.

    Besides, you ask forum posters to post in correct English, while Evony itself has more grammatical errors in game than any other game I have ever played (and I played alot of them). It's ridiculous you even thought of posting guidelines for forum posters when you represent a game that is in such a situation.

    I remember months ago when the bqtting started they banned threads about it.
