I sent in a billing issue ticket. I spoke to my alliance and they have not received anything from me, as I selected send them a package.
This is quite annoying and hope this gets resolved ASAP.

Bank transfers can take 5-7 working days as clearly indicated at the time of purchase --- we cannot release your purchase to you until we receive the funds.
It sounds like you have a "friend" making a purchase for you? In this case I would raise the issue with your "friend", as there is no way for us to verify that your "friend" is actually even processing a payment for you as they may have promised.
