I have to agree. The players that have been suspended/banned that I know of were big spenders, more so than the average player.
Also, I've been playing since October and personally I've never come across anyone who quit because they were being terrorized by b0tters. From my experience, I've always been under the impression that, even before these bans/suspensions, the number one reason why so many players quit was because of the farming necessity and how much time it takes up, even to maintain a "small" army.
I think, just as we need to be honest about the number of players who were rightfully banned, we also need to acknowledge that in any competitive game players who constantly find themselves on the losing side will almost always jump to conclusions about their opponents skills/ability to defeat them. For every player jumping for joy over these round of bans I bet there's five more scratching their heads wondering why the multi-million prestige guy/gal thats been beating them is still active.
