I have sent emails to evony all over the place about a particularly nasty player who sends whispers about rape and torture. I know it is just words, but it is really offensive stuff. So far, he is still out there doing it, and it has been well over a week now. They haven't even replied with an automatic reply. I sometimes get the impression that Evony is run by a bunch of moody 18 year olds. They are good on the technical stuff, but customer service is compeltely non-existent. Even when people complain on the forums, they just say, put it together in a professional manner, without bad language or too much emotion. We are not here in a professional capacity, otherwise Evony would be paying me. When you offer a "free game" and people spend money on it, they expect a level of service.
If you spend $200 on a dvd player and you get home and it doesn't work, then you are going to be angry about it. If you complain and the shop assistant stands there not saying anything, then you are going to get more angry. Say this goes on for an hour, where you have not had any sort of help or acknowledgement, and finally someone else comes out and says "act professional and put it in writing". Evony - do you see how this would make someone feel.
