Lots of questions have been raised at the help and questions thingymajiggy, and since the people have been to lazy to search, I put one here...
I hope they check this instead of posting a lame question.
Under your name, there is an army unit name. This depends on how many posts you have.
It is like this...

Worker=1-15
Warrior=15-50
Scout=50-100
Pikemen=100-200
Swordsman=200-350
Archer=350-500
Cavalry=500-1000
Cataphract=1000-1500
Lord=1500+
Evony Helper= Evony granted title
Moderator= Evony granted title
Evony Representative= Evony staff member

[Rota]

Lord = 1500+
Forum Guide = Granted title from Evony.

I'm not a mod. I have no special permissions on the forums beyond any regular member. In no way do I represent Evony. But, in general, the title let's people know they can trust my advice when I give mod-like answers.

I didn't do anything specific to become an Evony Helper, but here is part of the PM that described the title to me...

I just wanted to let you know we've changed your forum titles to "Evony Helper" because of all the useful posts you've been making in the support forums. We want players to know they can trust what you say!

This title does not come with any requirements or restrictions. Keep being yourself and acting as you normally would.

I've seen this one, and since anyone with Evony Helper has 3k + posts, I just guessed at it.
