I don't see anything in your post history, it must have been deleted. It may have broken a forum rule, so guidelines dictated that a mod had to delete it.

It may have discussed a banned subject.
    It may have been spam.
It may have been incendiary or inflammatory in nature.
It may have been insulting someone directly.
It may have had an illegal link to an outside site that was perceived as advertising.
It may have been vulgar or included cursing.
It may have not been posted in english (engrish, text-speak, leet-speak, etc... do not count as english )

I do not know your original post, so obviously I'm not accusing you of ANY of these violations. These are just some good examples of why threads get deleted.

I read it, and it was a question about charge back, which he repaid, but still had no access to his account. He also provided some form of receipt or a copy of, looks like it to me.

Now, i know there is problem in that direction, too.

I got alot of player asking about this, what should I tell them?

Should I tell them that direction is no good either?

I won't answer anything I don't know, but it is different when I see evidence of.
I think this need to be sorted out before everyone gets a hold of the information and get twisted out of hand.
You know how that goes, you tell a nice pleasant story to 1 person, and somewhere along the way, it get XXXrated when it returns to you (sarcastically speaking).

I did not read your post, so I don't know how you presented the chargeback topic, but this quote from another thread might apply...

We close threads that spend four days discussing how terrible someone else is as a player to the point that the person is nearly driven off the server in tears. There are times when a thread won't violate the rules as set forth, but still should be closed.

I think it's fine to dispute thread closures, though. If you think one should be allowed, pm your mod and talk about it. You'd be shocked how often we're willing to reverse a decision and reopen a thread if someone has a valid point for doing so.

It depends on the reader, I read it as a question, but in a business prespective it has a negative impact, as a situation that has been resolve in paper, however it weren't carried out.
I guess that is blame on several things, lots of issue still pending, new issue arising from merger, and lack of man power.
That can't be help, but i think this situation if not resolve will escalate another problem, evony doesn't need.

I hope they fix your problem soon peter, because that is a vital info for players who have asked me question regarding that route.

Keep me inform, but be honest about it please and try not to exaggerate the issue =)

I am sure they will fix it, but at this time with the merger happening you won't be able to log in anyway.
So try to be patient first and allow them to resolve the merger problem.

5 days of waiting is a long time.

I would recommend dealing with subjects like chargebacks through PM's, anyway. Send a PM on these forums to anyone with a blue name. FoxyBunny, Dawnseeker, or Valkirah should be able to help you.
