    Evony gave me, as far as I know, $10 at least worth of compensation for only two hours of wait...

    I'd say that's a heck of a deal.

    (insert grunt here) If I got paid that much for simply waiting, heck, I just found myself a good job!!!!


    Thing is, this 2x resource buff more than makes up for any lost resources that the delay would have cost. I have cities churning out stuff like crazy, and having 2 extra Excals, along with 20 extra cents, and the additional buff on top of the 2x buff (a 250% resource buff!!!) really get me feeling VERY happy...


    Now that I have caught my breath, let me say only one thing more: Evony already provided compensation with their opening care packages as it is, and with their added compensation for our time, I would say that they treated us very fairly.

    All you have to do to see it is to step back and take an extra look from a different vantage point.

    They probably don't have enough staff on these projects. They did send out a mail recently wanting more people for jobs. So maybe thats why they lack so much communication? Not enough employees to watch the forum, not enough to keep the servers up for both Age I and Age II, not to mention the fact they are working on Age II, so that same team is probably frantically working on that as well.

    bcoz the evony reps or mods most probably dont get informations that quickly when things happen (that is if they are paid staffs working in the same office or is there even an office to begin with?)
    again all they can say is be patience and give the tech guys some time to fix it.

    Then you don't put up a paying, commercial site. Period. Any time in the past I've worked on commercial sites, you get the hardware infrastructure in place, have your design team separate from your maintenance team, and put a network operations center in play BEFORE you even go live...much less before you attempt to double your capacity, upgrade your existing code, and have customers ranting about your poor service.

    And when something does go wrong? Like it always will? Yeah, you NOTIFY your customers!

    I am not mad about it i only wish the problem to be resolved quickly as i have people waiting on me to get back

    I keep refreshing and looking for a response from them and NOTHING!! Geez I have spent a few hunskies on this game and feel as if I should receive atleast a statement about today and the previous day too for that matter.
