Jurnis, you are blind. You believe a strong executive being is needed to control a group of people and what a lie you believe in. Giving power to too many would be the same. The only logical choice would be to give a few a lot. An empire is nothing with an emperor and fast they fall.
Do not forget your place! There are some who watch and wait. Preparing for inevitable struggle between arrogance and divinity. It would be a wise move to rethink your plan.
