    Default medal system illogical

It seems that currently you MUST have casualties in order to gain medals... I was wondering why I got pretty much no medals for any of my attacks... reason: I didn't lose any troops each attack, I was smart with what to build... but I ended up with monsterously high prestige for what I have in army, no honor and no medals... Then I attacked a level 2 NPC city (this is only day 4 of me playing this game, I got bored of protection so I leveled my town hall to level 5 to get rid of it) and lost most of my troops, but wiped the NPC defenses out... and behold I got a stupidity medal (cough, courage, cough).... I go "wooow that's kinda silly, I mean I'd have to LOSE troops and have casualties to earn medals??? that means I have to lose to level 1-3 valleys ... that's like DISHONORABLE for me ... I usually suffer no losses fighting that kind of caliber stuff... "

I realize that the function of making it hard to get medals if players win without casualties is a measure against farming low level valleys to get medals using far superior forces, but this is making it hard for players like myself who have good strategy and who don't lose troops really hard to get medals... (I use archers with fodder... so no losses... or if I lose anything I lose like 1 swordman fodder, oh no's)

I strongly suggest changing the medals system into taking into account the player's actual title standing... getting a crap load of courage medals (I have 5) is silly when I need rose medals and cross medals to get to knight...

so for example if I'm a really pro player who exit out of protection on day 4 and don't lose troops when taking down level 5 valleys... I should get a rose medal or cross medal when I fight a level 2 NPC castle that do make me lose troops... OR make it so that if I have yet to attain the knight title I should be able to get the cross and rose medals even if I am pro and don't lose anything to level 1-3 valleys... otherwise I'd have to be forced to make small groups of warriors and smash them into level 1 territories like an idiot until I got enough medals to be a knight... that'd be just sad... seriously inefficient use of production time, when I could be producing archers.

Two comments that I simply must make after reading this..

    1. Four days into play, with a level five town hall, click the gift box on the black news bar at the top, it'll give you two packages, in those you will find all the medals you need to reach knight.

    2. You can still get medals with 0 losses. Sounds like you've just been unlucky.

then I really must have the worst of luck I've been attacking all day today with like 600 archers... to the point that I got up to 1200 archers since I kept making more... no medals the whole way....

Medal drop rate is entirely random, I went from none in 400 attacks, to 200 in a row, to none, and currently sitting at around 1 every 3-4.
and attacking NPC's won't give you rose medals. Lowest I've heard of drop from a level 1 NPC is lion. Leaves you with valleys
Rose medals have 'always' been difficult to get. (Think 8+ hours when you could scout spam a level 1 valley with 9 attacks going every 12 seconds..)

Yea you can get medals without a single loss. A good example are the ballistas vs. the barb towns. And yes one such occurence I got a medal and a michelangelo script, so neither drops are related to losses.

However, medal drop rate seems to come in waves. Don't know if its just my "luck," but I do notice a trend of medal drops almost one per fight, and then it tapers off and I don't get a single medal for 2-3 hours. Then once again it floods in. Wierd, huh?

What I find illogical is that for Duke/Furstin you need Justice medals from L10 barbs but you don't need Justice medals for Prinzessin.

I could make the grade for Prinzessin easy as pie now. Furstin wayyyyy out of my reach.
