    I would just like to take a quick moment of peoples time.

    I have been perusing the forum over last week or so and notice there is a lot of complaining but not much in way of appreciation.

    I had a issue which resulted my account being frozen from a paypal issue. I got a automated response and had no head way for a few days.

    I looked in the forums and mailed a few moderators but one in particular went the extra mile and looked into what the problem was, what i needed to do to fix it and was also completely friendly and professional.

    Thank you Foxybunny for looking into the matter for me and directing me on what i needed to do, i appreciate the time taken to look in my matter and the direction i needed to take to rectify the problem.

    I think the moderator's put up with a lot of flack and disgruntleness and admire how they take it in thier stride and stay professional, thanks again for the help.

    It is all to often that the moderators get thrown under the bus and are not recognized for all that they do on the player's behalf. The norm is for people to complain when they are upset and to say nothing when they are content. I'm happy to see your post Shidoshi and hope many will follow in your footsteps

    I absolutly agree they do a very good job dealing with their upstart and unexpected success I love the game and the way it is designed
    and Age:II (have been playing beta) is a true acomplishment more than worthy of a few of my hard earned dollars (love my job lol)
    Although i am yet to pay it seems AgeII will make it more of a priorty
    I will add I am getting sick of the lag (but i need to upgrade my browser anyway lol)

    Yuck,, pass me the bucket.

    I know I've got an attitude problem, but I did start off being polite and courteous, the attitude developed because of the apathetic, unhelpful and subsequently antagonistic and rude attitude Ive had from evony.

    Im sure thats not the case for all the staff,, just the ones Ive had dealings with :-)
