Any mod has a job to do and they should do it without having to think about the name on the post they are modding. You want to hold a popularity contest to then put a person into a position in which they may need to make decisions that may end up making them unpopular.
All this mod talk at the moment is just a ridiculous over-reaction to a decision made by others a few days ago, with nothing more behind it than some sort of mass hysteria. Everyone needs to just go back to doing what you would normally do and see how things work out in the long run. That means no more mod threads.
