Thread: Anyone feels that all attribute should boost over all performance?

    Default Anyone feels that all attribute should boost over all performance?

    Anyone feels that the attribute should work as a combine attribute to further boost the overall performance?

    Example, with high Intellegent, it help reduces loses and improves chance of escaping capture.
    I am not sure where Politics fit in the puzzle, but I am sure someone can figure that out.

    The reason why I came up with this idea is simple because every players just basically improves attack and maybe politics for a few heros. That is the reason for many, many Heros with very high attack.

    Now if we changed that and allow all attribute to work as a combine to boost over all Heros performance, it could be interesting.



    Now another thing thing, more of a question.

    Would it be possible for Evony to have a team adventure quest or single is fine? For the purpose of leveling their Heros.

    Team Adventure quest is Heros only no attached troops.

    Single adventure quest will be troops attached.

    Intelligence already increases defense of units...thereby reducing potential loses somewhat, and hero's don't get captured and held against their will: they decide to not work for you anymore and offer their services to someone who they hope won't send them on more suicide attacks.


    Think of a hero more as a mercenary that works for the highest bidder.

    I agree on the fact that heroes should not be eternally uncapped as it destroys the 'level playing field'. But this is not the right solution.

    I much prefer the solution of making heroes get older and eventually die from old age.

    and then see all your work on him be taken away?

    Heroes do get captured. That is why when you look in the inn you will sometimes see them listed as captive. Then they have to be persuaded or dismissed. Even 100% loyalty doesn't guarantee they will not be captured if they are sent on a losing mission.

    Personally I would prefer to see captured heroes that are not persuaded within a certain time frame or dismissed because they can't be pesuaded, returned to the player who owned them originally instead of just vanishing.

    It would obviously be better if a blend of stats worked to adjust how a hero performed but the basic fact is that it doesn't. There are hints that it might happen in age II but the beta is so unstable in regard to heroes at the moment that it is hard to tell what is intended and what is a bug.

    You are very right, many of my friend's Heroes were captured even if their loyalties were 100, they then resorted in sending weaker unit as a small size scout bomb in there attempt to fill up those hero slot with weaker heros to ensure their main hero does not get captured. as a result, many defenders resulted a quick reposnce by firing all weakers heros captured in hope the next one will be the priced hero. It worked for many.

    So hero do get captured even if their loyalty is 100. I have come to a conclusion that the size of the defending army has something to do with it, and over whelming defeat may lead to capture, I am not 100% sure but the patter seems to be there.
