well shoot i don't know lol share share share!
The first city I ever conquered, back in about... June, 2009, was in the process of building level 10 walls.Note... you can no longer conquer a city and have the troops continue building. I found that out at the cost of about 40million resources.
As for the team approach described... I did exactly that to finish my war city. I had spent about 15 michealangelo scripts and was three short. I passed the city to a friend who had two, and finally won the last one on an NPC10.
Evony have done a good job in limiting the extent to which you can do this with heroes, due to the medals that are required to persuade them.

I think it is a fabulous idea! Very planned and coordinated. Even the idea of getting people to work together so well is mind boggling.
Having a built up city is great and all, however the is a downside to not having the pres, or experience and living in big digs --- it does tend to draw attentionnect thing you know people wanna come and party at your place, LOL, so they can evict you.
All things considered, I may just add it to my to do list

lol..That is how most player excels in game.
I have been developing an effecient way to create a luanching point for an attack and I have up until Jerboa's near instant capture.
However, I can work an excellent team work around this dicovery and it requires competent players with excellent precission in camping, althought it is still bypassble and doable without.
Players like Jerboa does not just look at the obvious, but beyond, that is why it boggles the mind how one can be soo creative. It is years of experience for many some just natural skills. As for me I belong in the years of experiences category.
excellent bit of team work, may have to try it my self after all we cap cities and hand tnem over i see no difference in this

Sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution.
Troll less please.
I'm sure he did since the only way to win a battle is to, you know, move your troops in and, you know, attack.I wonder if Alexander the Great ever one any battle using your approach move in and attack.

But....the eternal ray of sunshine REALLY wanted to see you, so I helped brighten your day by removing the city from around you! ^.^
Alexander was outnumbers in most of his battle and won, in one of his astonishing victory was when he was faced with a choice to return and save his army or persue the enemy Commander, he did the first.
In war, every action has consequences, it is a matter of which you decided or have been decided for you.
War is a mind game, why do you think Chest is derive from War?
Invasion of Normandy, why did you think the allied forces plan a decoy troops using real life size balloon or carboard to look like a military vehicle? Instead of attacking in sheer force.
Why do you think it was more preferable to Bomb Japan instead of full invasion? (heavy casualties)
Like what we did in vietman? we moved in and did we win?
Like we did in N Korea when we almost had them. Did we win? We only return to where we started from at a heavy cost.
Sometimes the simpliest solution is the answer?
Any of those possible solution anywhere near simple?
In War one must limit its casualties to maximize gain.
There is no point to a War won, when you lose 90% of your Army, now you are open for an attack.
Please don't challenge my post then comment troll less please.
