and OTD taxes? For what purpose? This doesn't make sense. Perhaps as a scale for the total productiveness of the OTD, but that info is useless without cause for such a census to be taken...

It works for AIG, Goldman-Sacks, Ford, Toyota, etc. so yes it will.

Basically, the taxes would make the system seem more real, would level out the playing field for those who cant afford everything compared to those who are buying up everything. And since we are moving to Capitalism, it fits.

Although it appears that the government issues taxes for the sole purpose of issuing taxes, that is not in fact what they do.
