Thread: why do you keep changing the user agreement without telling us?

I don't see it as trying to stir up trouble at all.. Since you have banned people for multi accounting and account sharing.. when it was NOT in the TOS.. Then said because there was a rule thread on this forum, which is NOT linked to on the TOS, it was clear they should have known they were breaking the rules.
I can get crappy emails in game about dream truces and New Years chests, but evony can't send a message to the game saying the TOS has been updated.
The onus may be on the player to read, but let's be real, we can read it before we sign up to the game, but when changes are made, the onus is on the game to let us know, that we can re read and decide if we agree and to continue to play.
I just love /sarcasm how every time someone brings up a legit concern, how nicely they are treated by the game reps. Seriously, you didn't even have to go there.

You seem to be ignoring the fact that the ToS has only been changed once many months ago. As far as I can recall, muti-accounting and automated programs were against the ToS when I first signed up in May. In fact I can state that is the case for sure now that I think about it, so there is no issue. The rules concerning these issues have always been there. Perhaps you are suffering from selective memory.

Doing these things is clearly wrong whether you saw them in TOC anyway and we all know whats about to happen to this thread.

In laymens terms, if they change something in the stupid text thingy that spams you every update you have to scroll to the bottom and click yes without reading it.
We have all been notified that terms can change at anytime, and by clicking "login" we inherently agree to the current terms. You are free to read the T&C everyday before you login just in case there has been an update.

If you click "login" and the terms have changed, then you have agreed to the new terms. Since we all know the terms can change at any time, they can legally assume you have read the new terms.

It's a moot point anyway. They updated terms ONCE, and they sent a mail telling us the terms had changed. This was a courtesy they did not HAVE to do, but I bet they will if the terms should ever change again.
