In laymens terms, if they change something in the stupid text thingy that spams you every update you have to scroll to the bottom and click yes without reading it.
We have all been notified that terms can change at anytime, and by clicking "login" we inherently agree to the current terms. You are free to read the T&C everyday before you login just in case there has been an update.

If you click "login" and the terms have changed, then you have agreed to the new terms. Since we all know the terms can change at any time, they can legally assume you have read the new terms.



It's a moot point anyway. They updated terms ONCE, and they sent a mail telling us the terms had changed. This was a courtesy they did not HAVE to do, but I bet they will if the terms should ever change again.
