Harassing other players by naming your cities/heroes/alliances in such a way that violates our rules
But still they gave me a 3day holiday. For what I asked them.

Its a shame to think I spent over a year playing this game and spent $100 to have my account blocked.
Such an good game gone bad from poor Customer service.
