Thread: Thanks

    I got banned the other day. For repeating a post concerning $$ that was taken from my Visa, and put in to an old account that is closed on Server 126. While being told I had also refused to use private message to contact a Mod concerning my issues (the latter being a false statement).

    The Mods that read my 3 repeat posts offered little in the way of sound advice or help. Those that did, the advice offered was unstable. Then as the posts were repeated (reasons were to get attention and help) the following offered by the Mods, was sarcasm, criticism then followed up by a prompt ban, with no prior warning.

    A. I have contacted all the Evony Departments available. The main department being Billing & Accounts (numerous times)

    B. Contacted Mods

    C. Waited for over 17 days.

    D. And argued with my wife over me using any more money towards Evony

    E. I have been ridiculed, banned, made to feel as if this is my fault, my doing & entirely my responsibility for where I am at at this current moment.

    Thank you Evony, thanks to the Mods.

    Thanks for helping the *little* guy the working man. The guy next door. The guy that just wants to have his money back.

    You post this in the forums thinking we care but we don't. Take this issue up with a representative and wait for a response. Be patient and you will be rewarded. Be a complete jerk and you will be ignored.

    Uhhmmm thank you too ! Thanks for your input. Thanks for assuming every thing Ive said & said in the past was arrogant and along the lines of being as you said *a complete jerk* Thank you...Thank You very much. Its people like yourself that let me know how great this wonderfull world I live in, really is !

    Be sure to read things properly and take the time to understand a Post...before replying with such a High Horse attitude.

    You post this in the forums thinking we care but we don't.
    you can take your pretension and brownnosing and shove it, dude. tired of reading it. i for one care about this man's predicament, as it is neither uncommon nor unbelievable. nowhere else on earth will you get the same treatment from a successful business as a customer, and it's un-freaking-believable that you'd go so far as to insult a fellow customer because they are having legitimate issues regarding a product they have paid for.

    I agree he has issues that he should take up in private with an admin or representative. The thing he shouldn't do though is what he has done and make a complaining post.

    you either can't or don't read. i'd go with the latter to give you the benefit of the doubt, but the more i read of your posts the less i believe that you can do anything without the assistance of a caregiver.

    the forums are a completely reasonable place to seek assistance with an in-game problem, and since the CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM IS LOCKED (this should be an enormous hint to you) people are going to post in the next-most-relevant areas.

    EVERYTHING possible has been and is constantly to this day continuing to be done untill my wife is happy that the Funds are returned.

    I'm pretty sure he didn't take the time to talk to any representative on these forums forums because every single time I do I get immediate responses to my issues. So next time try to find a different way to insult me

    it's not so hard to believe that either you're lying or you have received preferential treatment because your sole purpose on these forums seems to be to say as many repulsively positive things about evony as possible.

    there's no need to insult you. anyone with a modicum of intellect and 2 brain cells to rub together can see right through you.
