If you and allies want to hit a city at the exact same time you can use camp to make your troops camp for the difference between times.

To use the camp time properly in a precission manner ( don't have to) you first need to find the slowest and or the longest time as your base time. Once that is established, you add a few minute (depending on how quick you are in calculating) in addition to the base time as you arrival time. Example, if your slowest wave would hit the target at roughly 12:40 evony time add a few minutes to allow room for calculate and to insert info into the march for all unit. In my case, I would add 5-10 minutes for others maybe more. So by taking the 12:40 base time, I would add let's say about 10 minute to my base time, and that would give me 12:50 as my arrival time or when my base time unit will make contact.
From here, I would work backward, making every other unit hit before 12:50, or exact the same time, you decide.
When you are ready, send your last unit first, or your base time unit, and work around this base time unit.
The reason why I add a few/several minute, is because it allows me time to make adjustment. Should I have more than 1 waves or more cities that are fairly close in time then inputting info may take considerable time specially when it involves other players.
I will stop here, need to do something, i hope this helps.
