Personally I only keep scouts in a war city. Every other city 0 scouts which means someone cant tell if my gates are open or shut. As for scout bombs, I don’t shut the gates on them. I have figured a very effective way to deal to them that costs me around 12k of warriors to kill 100k of scouts. Killed 5 million of them for the loss of 600k warriors the other day. Was PMSL at the experience I gained for it at such minimal loss. Now I have to get rid of the 14million honor dumped on me LOL!
