No, that is not true.

That is never true. Even a level 10 NPC hold no higher than... 80+ heroes.... only if you are talking about EAII (Evony Age II).

I'm happy with 67+ from an inn. But you can get over 70 if your extremely patient.

Level 1 inn produces level 1-5 heros. But, when I said 67+, I was referring to the base attribute, regardless of level.
A 67 attack level 5 I would pass on, but a 68 level 1 is fair. I would need to see a level 5 with 72+ to take it.

I saw a hero that was level 16 and an 84 attack.... geesh I still have that hero.
