ballistas and trans...i usually send 500 of each but of course trans depends on logistics

With having Tech's all at 10 except for HBR and keeping that at 9 You can effectively hit an Npc. lv 5 with 410 Ballistas and 405 transporters. I will try and put up a pic once i do another hit.
