I know that they are busy atm, what with AGE II and the recent sweep but surely they could have something in place to improve the current levels of customer service.
I enjoy Evony, Im like the thousands out there who enjoy it. You get to chat with/make friends with people from all around the world, be it the US, UK, OZ or sunny sunny Ireland!! Evony have a product that works...you can spend or you cant spend, but I reckon most people do spend money on it, I spent about $10 - $30 on each months pay-check, depends what I needed..when I fecked with 444 on S80 I bought teles to move around a bit and attack then move, sometimes truces to get a nights sleep or whatever. The point Im making is that while it is a free game there is an obvious product to sell also and this makes the game profitable, successful and popular.
My point in this thread is that the customer service is shockingly bad, the worst Ive ever seen in all my days. People will of course come on and say to me that I am wrong, do this do that, but it dosent work. I have had, when I was on S80, 3 problems/bugs whatever, and I contacted Evony on each occasion, waited the 5days for the "escalation" contacted again got the same message, none of these were resolved, nor did I even receive a proper non generic email.
Then after a break from Evony I decide to try the new AGEII, I encounter a problem, get banned over it yet provide the relevant proof to unban me (it was over a payment issue) and for what is now going into the 6th banned day I receive no response from Evony, Ive sent PMS (which remain unread) Ive sent emails to Tech Support, Billing and through the help centre and still I hithead my head of a brick wall.
I am not alone either in this constant head of wall situation, there are many of us and we can get no answers anywhere, every turn is a dead end, every door is locked.
I dont want this thread to disintegrate in I HATE EVONY (cause you dont) I want it to have our, the CUSTOMERS, ideas on how to improve the one lacklustre part of Evony's service, how to help Evony become a better game..good Customer Relations = More $$$$.
Could Evony have a manned phoneline somewhere?
Have Evony enough customer service reps? (I have read somewhere that the type of company Evony are they can have only 9 direct employees?)
How about using 3 people per server as agents, pay them in a few coins a month or something, let them sift through the silly problems and assist with the silly problems so that the main Evony reps can concentrate on serious issues?
Do they just need more reps full stop?
I really hope that Evony improve the only lacklustre part of their service and the game improves.
IMO 6 days unanswered when all proof has been delivered is not on..and if you look around the forums there are new issues all the time appearing and then re appearing days later as they dont get sorted.
