    Default Disabilites

My fiance is on disability and has a hard time playing so i wanted to know if i am able to help her so that way she can enjoy this game better. Does she have to provide legal documents and if so Where do the legal documents have to be mailed to and who do i need to speak with in order to get confirmation that i can help her. Currently i have been helping her and because of the rules we began to question whether me helping her was against the rules seeing as it does not state anywhere in the rules about people with disabilities and whether the can or cannot be helped. Just want to get clarification on this.

I don't understand, what is it you are wanting to do to help her?

She is unable to use your hands to the full capacity and is unable to use a mouse at times. She looses feeling in here hands and has a hard time with the pain in order to control the mouse properly. She would like to know if i can be able to help with her building her city as long as she is by the computer telling me what to do. Do we need written documention of this and signed by both of us and mailed to Evony.

Im sure that would be fine, but to make sure you should send a PM to one of the reps explaining the situation.
The reps are Valkirah, FoxyBunny, Dawnseeker, and I believe there is now a fourth, the name is SleepWorker.

If your fiance has trouble and you want to help her with the game, that should be fine. You can sit with your fiance and give and help her operate the interface. You should feel free to look over her shoulder and help her out while she plays.

What you can't do is play her account for her while she is at work or school or asleep.

note: If you're playing from the same home network you need to contact Evony and let them know how many accounts will be playing from that IP address and who they are. That way, Evony can do what they do to make sure the accounts aren't flagged as a potential multi-account.

I would suggest looking into a really good voice recognition program ( not just for Evony, but for all her computer needs ) That type for her, and operator her mouse pointer all with voice commands. Of course that might be considered 3rd party software that changes the experience of the game, so if you do go this route might want to drop Evony a mail about it before hand.

But sometimes, something so bad happens, that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes the crow could bring that soul back to put the wrong things right"
