Lion medals are very important to upgrading your Rank and Title.

And now i have found the best ways to get them.

First build up 60k-80k warriors(this verys on heros attack).
Second find a lvl 8-10 Grassland and send the warriors.
Also a good idea for lower people scout the grassland and try to avoid archers and cavalry cause they increase troop loss.
