Thread: anyone else having problems with packages still?

    Default anyone else having problems with packages still?

    Two of the three packages I was due finally showed up in my little yellow box the other day but not my beginner package ... when I tried to claim them I click on claim and get a package does nto exist notice.. so they sent me a nonexistant package. Ihave3 tried refreshing and oh everything I can think of. I filed a report through the contact page and got a form mail telling me to look in the yellow box but no instructions as to what to do if this was not the answer. I tried posting it as a bug but they aren't letting any new bug reports go through on the ageII bug report section.

    Can someone tell me what to do now?

    I haven't even received the Beginner Package in the Gift box display yet. I got the Easter Package and the 5 for 250 (I purchased both a 5 and a 30), but haven't seen hide nor hair of the Beginner Package yet. I also submitted a ticket, but haven't heard back.

    Has it been five days since you contacted them?

    If the answer is no, then you must wait and hope for a response...

    If the answer is yes, then you must wait and hope for a response...

    If the answer is your not sure how long it has been, well just go out an buy a lotto ticket.. your odds of getting what you want out of it are better than a response anyway

    Sorry, that wasnt overly helpful of me - Im somewhat cynical where evony support and customer service are concerned and its a an open secret that using the in game 'contact us' function doesn't lead to any results.

    I would suggest you try the reps on the forum, let them know your server, your lord name and email address - whilst I've never seen them resolve any of my in-game issues, not even a response, I gather others have.

    Default Pushing five days since I ordered and still no Beginner Package.

    It's been five days since I purchased the $30 bundle, and still no Beginner Package. Contacted billing/account support and nothing but the auto reply since.

    Is there anything resembling support in this game at all?
