    Default 3 day suspensions

    My names Suffer I run Ghostwar on 113, and I had 5 members come to me claiming they have broken no rules since I dont allow bot or other programs to be used by members at least not with my knowledge. All 5 members were supposedly investigated for 3 days for different reasons, no proof was shown to say it was true and the suspensions were raised. My members log on and find 50% of everything gone including town defenses, troops, resources and food.

    If my members had been found guilty of any of the reasons they were supposedly accused of then they should have recieve an email stating what they found so in the future they would know exactly what not to do. But, nothings happened no emails answered nothing. I feel like someones pulling evonys chains and accusing the top war alliance for things everytime they lose a town or a fight and someones not being fair here.

    My members should have fair rights to know what they are accused of, what was found or not found and not just instantly punished as if they were guilty without so much as a word stating why.

    Im not demanding anything or accusing Evony of anything but I do believe these tactics will cause Evony to lose paying players if they dont find a better way to deal with people accused of infractions without proof and then without even explaining why half thier stuff was taken.

    realy, but what was the offense or do innocent people just get punished without proof in this game anytime anyone complains about them. No responce to emails, no answer to any questions period. My alliance has never once since the beginning of s113 been so much as even accused of something and then suddenly over night 5 members are blocked without reason to why and not even allowed to know what they supposedly did?

    Im sorry you cant treat players this way and expect to keep them paying and playing for long. When you cant show proof of anything done wrong except accusations.

    the 50% troop loss seems extreme ... especially for a first time offense... and unfair in the sense that one player could loose a half a million troops while another only a few depending on the player for the SAME OFFENSE... it would also criple a city on an established server... the only thing the 50% troop loss will do now is tell the lousy people who do bot.. to simply use bots on a 2nd account to feed the maib

    Evony suspended my account and the moment they did I wrote to have it re-investigated and overturned as I am not and nor have I ever been a botter or cheater.

    The suspension lasts for 3 days, yet it takes Evony 5 days just to escalate your dispute claim and even then all you can be guaranteed to receive is an automated response. How is that at all fair to your paying customers?

    The irony is that a few days before I was suspended I bought the $5 package again for like the third time. And even though my account is now out of the suspension I am still writing to get the things back Evony took that I have worked my a$$ off to get since I started playing in October.

    If that fails I look forward to seeing the money put back in my bank account once I demand a cashback for every cent I ever invested in this game.

    They suspend you for three days, ignore mails and only "escalate" if you haven't received a response for more than 5 days but by then your account is out of suspension. This is complete BS on Evony's part.

    I've never been flagged and I've been playing since October religiously then suddenly my account is suspended (coincidentally right after I expelled a member for being a spy who then went crazyon me in world chat) and half my troops and resources taken, plus wall defences.

    Still waiting for more than an automatic response from Evony, meanwhile I'm keeping copies of my efforts to get in contact with them as proof when I order a cashback if this isn't fixed.

    Same thing happened to me. I never used a cheat in my life on this game, a bot nothing.
    So long Evony you just lost 2 paying customers and possibly a lot more.
    Absolute BS, if being active is a crime I guess I am guilty of that.

    I too have had this happen. I do not cheat or use bots. I have only one account on each server. They stole from me when they took my troops and res without showing me how they figure I cheat.
    I'm ****ed. And, of course, no response.....I've been requesting for days to know what I am guilty of - at the very least, so that I don't do it again since I clearly do not believe I have cheated in any way.

    by taking something that i have paid for, evony has stolen from me, which is a crime no matter what country you are in.
    and I just realized they took half of my wall defenses?????????????????

    this is crazy, i do not cheat. you need to restore the items i have worked hard for AND PAID FOR this is ridiculous

    Honestly! That's the least you could do, Evony.
    Please end the "bot" email being sent out no matter what the real suspension reason was for.

    Me too i was also banned for 3 days and i do not Bot nor have i ever che@ted , i lost alot on the 3 servers i play on, i am very mad, i to have gotten no responce saying why/or what i did that was bad enough to cost me millions of troops ,resources ,wall fort's, and supplies

    I just lost my account after a 3 day suspension for no reason. I lost 50% of my troops during this time even though my account was in holiday mode.
    I have never cheated and I wouldn;t even know how to use "third party software" or bots or whatever. This is a sham and I have spent over $150 on this game and still had over $20 in game coins when my account was closed. SCAM!
