Evony suspended my account and the moment they did I wrote to have it re-investigated and overturned as I am not and nor have I ever been a botter or cheater.

The suspension lasts for 3 days, yet it takes Evony 5 days just to escalate your dispute claim and even then all you can be guaranteed to receive is an automated response. How is that at all fair to your paying customers?

The irony is that a few days before I was suspended I bought the $5 package again for like the third time. And even though my account is now out of the suspension I am still writing to get the things back Evony took that I have worked my a$$ off to get since I started playing in October.

If that fails I look forward to seeing the money put back in my bank account once I demand a cashback for every cent I ever invested in this game.

They suspend you for three days, ignore mails and only "escalate" if you haven't received a response for more than 5 days but by then your account is out of suspension. This is complete BS on Evony's part.

I've never been flagged and I've been playing since October religiously then suddenly my account is suspended (coincidentally right after I expelled a member for being a spy who then went crazyon me in world chat) and half my troops and resources taken, plus wall defences.

Still waiting for more than an automatic response from Evony, meanwhile I'm keeping copies of my efforts to get in contact with them as proof when I order a cashback if this isn't fixed.
