I attacked 2 lvl 10 barbarian cities before server reset prompt came up, and they hit during the reset. I got no report, no experience for my heroes, but I did manage to lose all the troops + a couple extra on the one hit that would've usually happened. WTF!!!!

40K archers, 6K scouts, 4K warr, 200 pike, 200 sword, all lost for NOTHING, no food carried home, they just died for NO REASON.

This is absolutely unacceptable, please explain to me why this is allowed to happen?
