    Serrin grabbed his mace from where it hung on his belt and smashed it into the weakest part of the tree with a massive crunch.

    ((It's a tree, not an abatis. =P))


    Serrin thumped the tree with the handle of his mace, and watched it fall towards the goblins. He ran out of cover and cried "Attack!", then summoned a scorpion next to him. Screaming a battle cry, he rushed into battle, nearly leaving the scorpion behind.

    ((Definition of abatis, websters: A tree with sharpend points on it ment to deter movement =P yourself. lol))

    The goblins are ((reasonably)) alarmed at the sight of six full grown men, a man sized scorpian and a spiked tree rolling towards them. They stand up to fight.

    Morgoth runs up and brings his knife down on a goblin's head. "This is where Graham should come in!"


    Elsworth speaks in red.

    The other Elsworth speaks in Blue, because indeed, he's number two.

    Speed Checks for goblins: (Versus Serrins strength check)
    5/13/3/6/12 + 2 each
    goblins 1,3,4 each take 1 damage and get no attack first round

    Cale: 16+0 = 16 = hit (4 damage to goblin 1)

    Morogoth: 16+3 = 19 = hit (4 damage to goblin 2)
    Con check: 10+1 = 11 no stun

    Goblins: 1/2/3/4/5
    1 no attack
    2 on Morogoth = 9+3 = 12, hit! 3 damage
    3 no attack
    4 no attack
    5 on Serrin = 3+3 = 6, no hit

    Bakker: 5+0 = no hit

    Drayz: 18+4 = hit, 6 damage on goblin 3

    Scorpian: claw 14+2 = hit 2 damage on g4
    stinger 17-1 =1 16 = hit, 1 damage on g4, goblin 10+1 save, failed, 1 damage per round

    Graham: Battle Axe = 19+6 = 25 = hit 6 damage on g5

    Serrin caught the goblin's attack on his shield, then Graham smashed his axe down onto it's head. "Thanks." muttered Serrin, as he raised his mace to whack the goblin.

    Bakker realizing that a heal on Morgoth at this minute would be a bit of a waste at his current magic skill, so he rather steped in front of Morgoth to withstand the next blow (only the first one) directed at Morgoth because he realized that if all the Goblins were to direct their attacks toward Morgoth, then there was a decent chance that he would die.

    Bakker then begins chanting in a language rarely heard before. Slowly, a blue light begins to surround Goblin #1, as Bakker lifts the mace in his right hand, suddenly the Goblin explodes in agony (I used Holy shot). Bakker then lifts his large shield and gives a slight nod to Morgoth.


    A man might not be able to move a mountain, yet he will accomplish nothing if he never tries.




    Well, I'm tired of these forums. Very little humor in them anymore. Adios all.

    Holy Shot: 18+1 = 19 = 4 damage to goblin 1

    Cale: 8+0 = 8 = miss

    Morgoth: 11+3 = 14 = hit! 4 damage to goblin 2

    Goblins: 1/2/3/4/5
    1: on Bakker 11+3 = 14 = hit 3 damage
    2: on Bakker 3+3 = 6 = no hit
    3: on Graham 11+3 = no hit
    4: on Serrin 10+3 = 13 = no hit
    5: on Graham 16+3 = 19 = hit 3 damage

    Bakker: 8+0 = no hit

    Drayz: 17+6 = hit, 6 damage number 3, dead

    Scorpian: 17+2 claw = 2 damage
    9-1 stinger = miss, 1 poison damage to g4

    Serrin: 15+0 = hit, 4 damage to g4

    Graham: 3+6 = miss

    Serrin narrowly sidestepped a charge by a goblin. Yelling "Ha!", he plunged his mace downwards, the already bloody spikes slamming into the goblins head.
