    Ok I have a problem.. I paid for the $5 for 200 cents package and wanted to purchase the beginners package within the 7 days BUT after paying for the $5 package and not receiving it I emailed Evony support and received..

    We ask that you be patient while that department reviews and
    investigates your customer service request ticket in detail. As
    reviews and investigations can take time for us to replicate your

    regarding your ticket if the department feels it cannot replicate or
    investigate an outcome based on your report request.

    Please do let us know if you feel you have not after 5 business days
    received a timely response and we will escalate the ticket
    accordingly.

    What I would like to know is because of Evonies customer service people taking so long to sort this out will my 7 day period be extended so I can still receive the bonuses for buying the package within 7 days or do I lose the bonus because it takes support a week or more to work out they got my money but I got nothing in return?

    it will probably not be extended unless you manage to contact the right people. idk who the right people are though so IM rota he is the forum guide. or perhaps somebody with more answers then me will post after me

    Congratulations. u have spent way less than most before finding out that their customer service is practically non-existent. U spent $5 and just saved yourself at least $30.

    I don't really begrudge the money. What I don't like is the fact I won't get the bonus for buying within the 1st 7 days.

    i thought that only apply'd if you bought the 30$ package,and you do or did get a beginer package when you start.did you check under the unclaimd packages icon top left ?

    You should contact one of the reps about this and they will sort it out.

    here's the problem... all that you should have gotten already, you could be using WHILE on 7 day BP to help prepare your city when you come out of it... the first 7 days is often the most crucial... getting is days later might not help

    EDIT: I just realized.. you might be playing Age 2... if that's the case, just beg your friends to send you free stuff til you get it and you'll be fine.

    I am going to assume you're playing Age II because it sounds like the exact same problem I had when I started playing Age II.

    First of all, I hope that you put in your request for help via http://helpspot.evony.com. If you emailed billing@evony.com, your request may not be properly handled, since that is no longer the proper way to deal with support issues.

    As I mentioned, I had the same problem. I was told, in the one response I got, that for some reason the system could not find my lord name/account on the specified server I was playing. I was asked to repeat all my info (which had been in the original message), and I did - even going as far as giving them the coordinates of my city in case they needed to actually see it on the map and trace it from there.

    I got my coins and package in 3 days.

    I then purchased the Beginner Pack for the $30. I got the coins and the Happiness pack right away... but no beginner package. I put in another ticket on this thru the new support portal at the "helpspot" address I gave you above. It took 8 days, 3 additional updates on my end, and no responses at all from customer service - but on the 8th day I finally got my Beginner's package.

    I can assure you this is only a problem with Age II. When server 142 (Age I server) opened 5 days ago, I started an account there and got all packages I paid for immediately, just as I always have on Age I.
