How to defeat war cities

The most effective tactic I know is to knock out their valleys, and also to farm away at the NPC's they normally farm--every last one of them...


That will starve out their troops, and cause him to attack you, which is after all the better position, as defense is favored in the game...

Smart player have more than one NPC farm. They can supply food from other fields.

Jurnis, who told you defense is favored in the game? As far as I'm concerned defense is a horrible position always having to watch out for attacks and everything, not being able to be online 24/7. I would choose attacking any day of the week. Strike out any threat to your cities before they come knocking, and it'll work out fine.

ya, i agree, any1 leaving there calvs/cata's in city while they gone is bad news when they get online.

and yes i have been part of taking out a war city

400k+ warriors
700k+ archers
cant remember the pikes and swords-medium amounts
little to no calvs and catas
125k rams

we did it in about 3-4 hrs and i would say wouldnt have prob worked if he wasnt offline, but he was offline, and it did work

course i want to keep all the intel to myself for the time being on how we did this and how we gathered intel, but maybe when i give up evony i will share
