    What customer service? My account was suspended on the 23rd march because paypal reversed three payments, all I keep getting told is contact paypal or open a paypal account, does no one ever listen when I tell them I have contacted them? And once Paypal close an account you cant open another, its like they have a script they read from and never deviate, I even got a friend to send payment using Paypal, but no one used that payment to fix my account even though someone at evony said it would, now they wont even reply, its crazy, the worst customer service ive ever come across, no one will ever work with you

    i purchased evony cents today /4/14/10 for the evonyhappiness pkg....when i purchased the evony cents i did not receive my happiness pkg.

    The new portal seems just like the old web form. No improvement is visible to me. I have two issues that I'm currently waiting a response on, so I don't see a responsiveness improvement either.

    Evony don't care or listen. I am STILL waiting for an explanation as why I was suspended and STILL waiting for an explanation why I was banned from these forums for 3 days. Mike at Evony is still going to come back to me.

    i have reported this and so have my alliance a cheatter who has over 24k of archer towers and he cant be attacked, he took out all my scouts yesterday and alot of another members too whilst we tried to scout him to get proof to evony of his archer towers, we sent proof a few days before but we were asked to send a sceen print so we had to scout him again

    yet he still around attacking and scouting our alliance and nothings being done, how long before he attacks another alliance, i have invested alot in this game and put lot of time into and hours in not cheatting, sorry spelling that because normally you cant write it without it being sensored, we are not happy, this member is now picking us all off one by one by teleporting next to us, its unfair and something should be done about it

    24 hours since i sent the screen print and nothing has been sent by evony to say what is being done yet i get a mail today to say faster response hmmmm well a few of us sent in mail and none of us have had a reply in 24 hours about this situation we need answers to this member who is cheatting what is going to be done about it

    I clicked on the mail message in the game talking about the new customer service system - it took me to a 505 server error screen - enough said?

    So hears my thought on this, it's great to say here for all you people who spend hundreds of dollars on this game we will let you open the new chests with any keys but for those of us who have a limited income and can not spend money on this game constantly and have like 14+ of these stupid boxes and won't be able to open them. why can't we get keys some other way for them. But once again Evony is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Regardless of the fact that they spout on all their advertising FREE FOREVER.

    maybe if you can fix the endless attempts at failed log in due to my *incorrect* password that would help alot!
