And if I'm sounding negative, its because non customer service and lack of reply to mailings has become frustrating.

I'm sorry but at this point, any attempts at customer service by Evony is just "too little, too late". There have been multiple threads on here for MONTHS asking for better customer service, something other than the single "form letter" response that has been in place. These changes, while they may be good for new players just starting the Evony experience, have arrived way too late to help the thousands who have left Evony for the sole reason of not getting a proper, timely response to ANY customer service inquiry.
Way to close the barn door after the horses have escaped Evony.![]()
In Age I. Don't see new portal yet on homepage, just Age II related material & link to forums. I tried to use link given and it took me back to main page.
Would be nice if website had info for both games, but whatever.
Time to look for another game...
I'll believe it when I see it! Still waiting for response from issue regarding auto cents 2 months ago. You got my money I didn't get my cents! Never heard back, lets not even talk about all the log in issues in E1 which cost me troops due to not being able to log in and farm!
E2 is a joke! Resets values daily as well as all the annoying pop-ups! Not everyone want to connect with facebook!
I will no longer be playing E2 due to the slowness of the loads and all the pop ups, as well as the lack of ability to "attack".
This is supposed to be a "war" game...
What about historic issues that remain unresolved ? Clearly they need to be resolved
What about good manners and common courtesy ? That doesnt even cost you anything!
And the killer punch, will the support be realtime to support the game or not? I suspect it wont be so what is the likely time delay? mins, hours, weeks, months?

It's a nice idea, but my problem is that I CANNOT LOG IN. Now I can't get help for my login issue because I can't login to customer service.

I have been logged off and told I have the wrong password several times
I was told this was fixed
Also the servers have been down allot I?m a paid Custer
in the past I received a compensation packet I think it would be a step in the right direction to do that again.
The bug depart has never replied to me.

It is great to see a company that does put support at a high priority. So many other companies go for glitz and glamore. It is also very nice to see a company with a Development Director specifically assigned to Vice. Most companies do have their Vices, but few are willing to admit it.
So when is Evony gonna make it possible to attack and conquer a city on age2??
Without attack options, it will just be daft game.
