    now i know someone at evony must have read their mail wrong about packages and keys as i have and others been saying we get so many from friends that we cant open all the packages not haveing more keys than we need so somewhere i think someone got confused as we need a key to open all the packages that no one could buy that many keys for not visa versa would someone please get that staright as whats free about getting packages if you cant open them without spending like 900$.

    Well WHEN I hear from them regarding the fact that I can't do anything with my account because my email address is currently just a number(I came in thu Facebook) so I can't protect,link,change my password(because I don't have one)etc...THEN I will vote on it...

    I am pleased to see that someone is listening and is trying to make customer service a priority. Without happy customers you no longer have a site with players on it!

    I do hope to see that my queries are answered in a more timely manner. Here's to hoping that this works out....

    I have not used the new portal for customer care... I guess maybe I got stuck in the transition from the old one to the new one. I was fortunate enough to voice my issues and catch the eye on Facebook of Benjamin Gifford with your customer satisfaction group, who took care of my problems. Thank you Benjamin. I appreciate you getting my account problems cleared.

    How could i possibly rate cust svc when I have not used it, and the new, improved, super service as been on a minimal time. This questions needs to be asked in 60 days when there are some actually cust svc users who have encountered a good or poor response.
