    Customer support needs to be a top priority of any company, it is how you get new customers and keep old ones. Voting for this 'new' support is irrelevant; everyone has always said the same thing - evony's customer support is nonexistent. I am looking forward to submitting my old queries at http://helpspot.evony.com and seeing if I get a response (this time), since I never have in the past...

    it doesn't matter what portal they have if they NEVER answer any emails that go into support. I have emailed them 4 times and NEVER got a response.... so no I don't think that this will be an improvement until they start answering.

    Evony will still not answer any questions we have.
    Evony will still continue to ban people randomly to make it look like they are on top of bot players, whihc we all know still exist in a variety of different forms and even if they are banned can rejoin and take down their own cities and get all their stuff back
    Evony will still try and push everyone to Age 2 even though they say otehrwise
    Evony will still not be interested in anything other than money from us even though it is widely advertised as a free game forever. We know the only way to get a good grip on this game is to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars and so does Evnoy

    So this new CS BS is yet to be proved but if and when it changes its stand on things like random bans with no explanations and actually answers the questions bombarded to them every day in a timely manner then I will make a formal apology.

    We all know you won't be seeing that from me anytime soon like the next 10 years......

    Default account NOT restored after facebook link

    I have seen on this post that all of the accounts have been restored after facebook link deleted them, however, my account has still NOT been restored. I have submitted me detailed request per the other forum discussion thread and have NOT received a single reply, nor has my account been restored.

    I have checked on the forum issue, and you have never been suspended, banned, or even infracted. I'm not sure what you are asking about.

    Evony does not process any payments directly. We use payment portals, such as paypal or moneybookers, to do that for us, which provides you with better security. If the payment portal requires you to have your credit card verified to prevent fraud or for some other reason, I'm afraid we have no control over that. I would suggest you contact the portal directly for assistance with your questions.

    My account has been disabled due to a glitch in the payment system during the server merger and the launch of age2 and I have never got a responce from billing@evony.com I have sent 5 Emails

    It has to better than the former customer service. As many times as I contacted them never a response other than they would get back to me in 24 hours. I refuse to switch to Age II. it does not make any sense.
