Customer support needs to be a top priority of any company, it is how you get new customers and keep old ones. Voting for this 'new' support is irrelevant; everyone has always said the same thing - evony's customer support is nonexistent. I am looking forward to submitting my old queries at http://helpspot.evony.com and seeing if I get a response (this time), since I never have in the past...





It has to better than the former customer service. As many times as I contacted them never a response other than they would get back to me in 24 hours. I refuse to switch to Age II. it does not make any sense.
