    Having to increase the size of Customer Service means there are more complaints coming in. More complaints mean the game is not as fun as it once was or could be. Technical issues are generally global (affect large numbers of people at the same time), and can be handled by a small CS department. Individual complaints are rooted more in a players lack of enjoyment of the game.
    I have been playing for the most part since August of 2009. I have seen changes in the game that make it more narrow (you have to attack other players to get items since lvl10 NPCs no longer drop them - as one example) and as a result less fun. While the purpose of any endeavor such as Evony is to make money, the balance has been lost. Items are too expensive for their game value. You can spend a good amount of money like I once did and then on an administration whim have all your local resource developement wasted (such as by getting moved to a new server). My heart has left the game. At some point so will my mind. I don't know why I keep playing. Maybe I'm hoping it will get fun once more (although I am having my doubts that will happen - whoever is in control is not very good at keeping it fun. Probably some MBA looking at $ for the bottom line.
    I see where age II has increased the items to purchase, but looks like game play will suffer. Making it prettier is not as important as making it funner.
    I do like the zoom affects, and graphics, but don't like the smaller world screen. Unfortunately the complexity of the game has gotten more than I care to delve into. Trying to make the game a longer process has made it less encouraging. I don't know if this critique will hold any sway, but good luck. I gotta go now - the zerg are calling my name.

    Ya still having troubles loggin almost every time I try. I sincerely doubt they'll answer questions when they can't even address issues like that. I've spent a lot of money on this game, and honstly I'm so sick of the horrible customer service, I'm no longer willing to give them a chance to improve things. They are arrogant and don't care about the people who play this game. Therefore this is my last post, I'm done with this game.

    That's a Cool thing But I hope that you'll be on your word and respond because the Bug Report thing doesn't work (The population raising button Still doesn't work after I reported it in hmmm 2 weeks..) and the Contact Us also doesn't work ( I still can't login into your main page I have done a thread, sent a mail to Valkyrah.. and still no response and nothing is done).

    I just think this is a funny poll.

    Let me try to vote on something that just came out and has had no time to be tested.
    The idea of customer service for Evony is funny.

    If they cared why won't they ever respond. .
    1. I mailed a bug . . no response
    2. then tried to post in forums and it had to be proofread by a mod before getting posted still not there.
    3. found a thread about customer service that said to PM 1 of 2 people . .still only 1 day into that try
    4. now a customer service portal . . is it another version of smoke and mirrors to make people think evony cares?

    I got a good idea. . how about fixing what is out there before creating new things like a portal and then making a poll to see if people like it who have not been able to test it yet?

    oh and am I supposed to resubmit my problem through this new method or is it going to get worked the old way?

    Default ...But the Age II game is unplayable.

    What about the fact that we gave money in good faith that Evony new how to build software, set up servers, work on bugs without making the game unplayable?

    I want Age II players to receive refunds of monies paid in good faith, only to find the game is currently unplayable, rolling back to earlier states daily, so buggy that more time is spent dealing with bugs than playing, so lagging that up to 5 server restarts a day lasting hours each make the game painful.

    I can go on, but the point is not to whine, it is to state the facts to a business that they have broken trust with customers on implicit agreements. Even today Evony is sending Age II sales material to sell more coins, even as it admits the game is not working.

    Its a bad policy, very bad policy.

    You are stepping in the right direction but as a lot of ppl have already said...the fixes you "say" that have been done simply havent done a damn thing.
    I logged in this morning and the username/password "authentication" problem is still coming up!! Plus agree with another comment - ss3 kicks you off a lot.
    Oh and may I suggest when you do another "great package" that it actually includes some useful stuff not all the small noob items you seem to include all the time. Forget the crappy little medals and guildeline bs - give us some good items!

    I like to believe although a rep never personally contacted me in response to my issue, my concern is now resolved and now I am now very happy. Again, I like to believe the reps were working behind to the scenes but one never knows - did my concern just resolve itself or did a rep read my concern and took action - Hmmmm.
